- Wash your hands
- Place the dispensing bottle or vial in an appropriate opening of the glasses, ensuring it is firmly in place
- Put on the glasses
- Bend your head back so that the dispensing bottle is vertically above your eye
- Keep your eye open with one hand
- With your other hand, dispense the drops by squeezing the bottle
- After use, you can rinse your glasses with water and dry them with a clean cloth.
